Submission
You tell us about one product and the destination jurisdiction the decision has to hold up in.

We establish what is actually known about the product—and, more importantly, what is missing.

We come back with questions only where a missing fact could genuinely change the outcome.

Candidate headings are compared, with the reasoning and the supporting authority written down rather than assumed.

A qualified reviewer checks the work, and any point that rests on an assumption is marked as one.

Evidence-backed response
You receive the analysis, the authority relied on, the alternatives that were rejected and what remains open.
A pilot response is prepared analysis for your own review. It is not a customs ruling, not legal advice, and not a sealed production record—the determination remains with the authorised person in your business.
What DutiveX asks
Bring one classification that is genuinely hard.
The work is most useful where the answer is not obvious—where the product sits between headings, or where two people in the business would reach different conclusions.

- A photograph where the physical form matters

Is DutiveX already a finished product?
No. DutiveX is currently in development. Pilot discussions are intended to validate workflow needs and shape the first practical version.
Does submitting the form create a paid commitment?
No. It starts a conversation. Scope, timing, confidentiality and any commercial terms would be discussed separately.
Should we share confidential product information?
Not through the first web form. Start with a general description. Any sensitive examples should only be shared after appropriate permissions and safeguards are agreed.
