Is DutiveX a finished product?
No. DutiveX is in development. Pilot conversations exist to validate what the workflow needs to do and to shape the first practical version.
Does submitting this form create a paid commitment?
No. It starts a conversation. Scope, timing, confidentiality and any commercial terms would be discussed separately.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
One real product that is genuinely difficult to classify, a description or specification for it, the destination the decision has to hold up in, and how that classification is researched and approved today.
Should we share confidential product information?
Not through this form. Start with a general description. Sensitive material should only be shared once appropriate permissions and safeguards are agreed.
Is a pilot result a customs ruling?
No. A pilot response is prepared analysis for your own review. It is not a customs ruling and not legal advice — the determination remains with the authorised person in your business.
