Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Both providers process limited technical and submission data—including the content of your message and the technical details of the request—in order to deliver those services. Netlify operates infrastructure outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, so an enquiry submitted here may be processed outside your own country.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct relevant research, evaluate pilot participation, keep appropriate business records or meet legal obligations.

DutiveX does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, form processing and business email, or when disclosure is required by law.
