Privacy Policy
How DutiveX handles website enquiries.
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. Information we collect
When you contact DutiveX or submit a pilot enquiry, we may collect your name, company, role, work email, country, jurisdiction of interest, product category, approximate classification volume and the message or workflow information you choose to provide. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, conduct customer and product research, evaluate possible pilot participation, improve the website and maintain appropriate business correspondence.
3. What not to submit
Please do not submit confidential technical files, personal identity documents, commercially sensitive product details or regulated data through the initial website forms. Sensitive information should only be shared after suitable permissions and safeguards are agreed.
4. Service providers
This website is hosted by Netlify, and enquiries submitted through the forms on this site are received and stored by Netlify’s form service before reaching us. Email correspondence is handled through Google Workspace. Both providers process limited technical and submission data—including the content of your message and the technical details of the request—in order to deliver those services. Netlify operates infrastructure outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area, so an enquiry submitted here may be processed outside your own country.
5. Retention
We retain enquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, conduct relevant research, evaluate pilot participation, keep appropriate business records or meet legal obligations.
6. Sharing
DutiveX does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, form processing and business email, or when disclosure is required by law.
7. Your choices
You may ask what information DutiveX holds about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or ask not to receive further communication.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect website enquiries, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive information through the initial forms.
9. Who is responsible
DutiveX is an early-stage, founder-led venture. Enquiries submitted through this website are handled by the founder, Arnav Magoo. For any question about how your information is held or used, or to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, use the contact address below and it will reach him directly.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@dutivex.com.
11. Updates
This policy may be updated as the company, website and product evolve. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised date.
